I just realized I never posted my weekly update on Monday! I had a great week last week! I lost 3.6lbs at my meeting on Monday, taking me down to officially 75lbs lost! I am only 1.9lbs away from ONEDERLAND!!!!! I am hoping to have this by next Monday!! I also went shopping and bought my first pair of SIZE 14 JEANS!!!!!!!!!!! They are super tight, but they zipped so I had to buy them!! I am still keeping my 18's until the 14's fit a bit better, but it's nice to know that I am still killing it!!

I had five days of activity this week, including a nice long walk and enjoying the sunshine on Sunday! I love days like that! I didn't do any strength training last week, not sure why or how that happened, it just did! But that's ok because I still got my cardio in! I am going to do better with weights this week.

I also had good meals! I went grocery shopping this weekend so I have lots of fruits and veggies to enjoy! I also got a couple new things to try like those Lenny and Larry protein cookies, and some new frozen things from Trader Joe's! Some of them are a bit high in points, but I will just have to portion out well!

Now the tough stuff.... I will be moving in the next week, back to my mom's house. I have been trying to find a new place to live where I currently am and no such luck. So I will be living with my mom for a bit until I can find a place. I NEED to stay on track while I am there so I can stay in line with my goals. I know this will be tough since I will be making my four minute commute a 30 minute commute, but I can still push myself. The stress of moving is something that derails a lot of people and I am determined not to let this happen to me. If that means that I pack a bag and go the the gym every morning and shower there, then that's what I will have to do! But I refuse to let this set me back.
