Never posted my update last week because I was in the middle of a move and life got stressful. And now it's been over another week, and things are starting to get back on track, so updates are below!
Week Thirty Four
May 16, 2016: I hit ONEDERLAND!!! I got down to 199.6lbs at my Weight Watchers meeting and am so excited!! I had my cheat meal that I had planned for that accomplishment (mexican feast for taco Tuesday) and celebrated with some friends! I didn't get to the gym as much as I would have liked due to the schedule of moving, but I didn't do too bad either! I definitely could have been more on track and that's something I am going to work on!
Week Thirty Five
May 26, 2016: I slipped out of onederland :( At my weigh in today I gained 1.8lbs, which is not that bad considering I went on a six day road trip with some friends (hence the late weigh in today instead of on Monday) and didn't track or really even try that hard to eat well for the whole trip. I didn't want to slow down the group or limit where we stopped for food by being picky about what I ate, and I couldn't order my normal "healthy eating out option" of salmon, chicken salad, or something like that, because we were on a tight budget. Unfortunately the cheapest options on menus is usually a burger or something like that, so I was limited with what I could choose for my meals. We also went to get ice cream in almost every state we visited (could have been better about that I'll admit) but I also didn't want to miss out on the experiences that my friends were having. So I chose to not focus on food and instead focus on the good times I was having with my friends. And for all this I only gained 1.8lbs, so I will take it! I should be back down to onederland by my next weigh in, or the following one because my next one is in like five days.
My plan now is to refocus on eating well, drink tons of water, and be active! I joined three new kickstarters and one more transformer to keep me focused on my goals. I think that with my goal for the transformer, I will reach 100lbs lost!! That seems doable for me to complete in the next six months, especially since I lost triple that amount in only a few months more! May is almost over, so I will be making new goals for June, which always helps me focus and get back on track. I'm looking forward to getting back to my routine, and hopefully my moving situation won't adversely affect me any more!!
