I made 5 goals at the begining of the Transformer Challenge and commited to giving an update each week. Below are the results from week 2.

1) No Sugar (7 days a week). 7/7  

2) Daily Warm-up Exercises (6 days a week). 6/6  

3) Exercise (2 times a week). 1/2  

4) Drink more water (7 days a week). 6/7  

5) No Fast food (7 days a week.) 6/7

This week was very similar to last week.  I was close, but just not all the way there. Once again I was able to go the whole week without eating sugar foods.  I also met my daily warm-up exercises.  All told, even with my misses, my lifestyle is much better than it was when I wasn't focused on these things.  Keep up the great work everyone!
