Leaving for the Beach in 15 days. I was doing great (a few months back) then my daughter came home from Bible College on spring break & things changed. She wanted me to cook her favorite foods & take her to her favorite restaurants (which happens to be a HUGE Chinese Buffet) and I enjoyed every minute of it. However, 10 lbs seemed to creep on ever so quickly.
I knew this beach trip was coming so I joined a gym...about a month ago. The gym is 40 min away so I can only go maybe once or twice a week. It's not all about the exercise though. I find my choices haven't been the best for many weeks now. And although I'm totally away from sodas, I can't seem to break away from milk chocolate: m&m's, reeses cups, Clark bars or butterfingers are my favs. I have a sweet tooth that won't quit.
Would like to slim down a lil more before vacation and a lot more before the Christmas holidays. Im open to any diet tips that might be beneficial. Hoping the 28 day DietBet challenge is a great encourager for everyone & that we can all do our best & become motivated to keep on keeping on! :)
