So, I somehow hurt my foot last week.  Probably a combination of all my frenetic activities to teach my body new things, while continuing to push myself with my walking.  However it happened, last Wednesday night my foot hurt, not just sore, but excruciating to put any weight on it.

A sane person probably would have gone to the doctor on Thursday, but I decided to just give it a rest and have a spa treatment... ahhhhh.  Well, Friday we were off to Grand Rapids (Michigan) for a couple of day to visit my husband's daughter and husband (my friends) - so still no doctor visit, but I took it fairly easy and the pain is not anywhere near as bad, but I don't see Zumba in my near future.

Yesterday morning I did my PT exercises (no walking or jumping involved) with 10 pound weights and we came home.  I drank a lot of water.  And this morning results were in... I managed to stay at my last week’s weight.  So now I WILL go to the Doc tomorrow for my foot.  Staying the same weight is not an option with 3 Diet Bets in motion.

I entered my newly reduced activity level in MyFitnessPal this morning and even with the 1,200 calorie/day diet I can only expect to lose 1.2 pounds/week.  Also NOT an option now.  So I began to research "cardio workout sitting down".  This is the first result.  I did the entire workout and worked up a sweat - WHOOT!

I have never been on SparkPeople.com before, but I see there are more of these exercises/routines.  So the plan of today is to keep researching these and others and keep doing more throughout the day to keep my metabolism going.
