Well we are about half way through the challenge. I am definitely more conscious of what I am eating and doing. I haven't been exercising as much as I would have liked but that doesn't mean it has to stay that way. The kids are out of school now so the workouts will most likely need to incorporate them which will be fun (I'm only being a little sarcastic).
I am looking forward to these next couple of weeks. I need to really focus so I can get to that magic weight. This is my first cahllenge so I would LOVE to get to my goal. Dietbet is a great community and I am so thankful for all of you and your encouragement and support.
