I kept forgetting to post my update, but it was an AWESOME one!!! I am down another 4.2lbs at my Weight Watchers meeting on Monday!! I am less than three pounds away from the 180s!!! I am officially down 84 pounds and I couldn't be more excited! I am finally in a kitchen and able to pack lunch again, so it feels really great to get back into a routine that I know. I haven't gone back to the gym yet since going on my vacation, but I have been running and walking outside to get in my activity. I know I need to go back to the gym and do some strength training things, but for now I am ok with just doing cardio and getting it done outside. I also do miss my Zumba classes, but I am enjoying being able to be outside and I know I will miss it during the winter months so I will take it for now!
I am slightly nervous because I am leaving for a four day music festival tonight, and I am not sure what the food situation is going to be like. We have packed some foods, but I know that I am going to be tempted by things and feel pressured to drink a ton and stuff like that. So I am really hoping that I can just get lots of activity and water in, so that it can at least counteract any bad eating I might have over the next four days. Regardless I am hoping to weigh in on Monday, so we will see how it goes!! I am really hoping to still have a loss, but I know it won't be as great at the one this week. I just really do not want to have a gain, so I am going to try really hard to make good choices.
I had originally made my goal to lose 100lbs by the time I leave for my birthday trip on July 15th, but I am not sure if that is realistic. I would have to lose 3.9lbs each week between now and then in order to do that, and that doesn't sound very healthy. So I am just going to push to get my 90lb ribbon by the end of June, and then do the best I can in those two weeks of July. I know that when I come back from that vacation it will not take too terribly long to lose those last 10lbs to reach my 100lbs lost, and I am hopful that I can reach that by the end of the summer!
There's a lot going on for me over the next few weeks and I am so excited!! Hopefully my fun summer plans don't mess with my weight loss plans too much, but I can only do the best I can and I promise to not beat myself up if I struggle!
