Out of the ordinary, this morning I woke up with my alarm clock and feeling down. I layed in bed tossing around some stressful issues I am dealing with, fortunatelly for my natural positive self, I was able to have a little mental talk that got me up and going. 

I am just returning from my first run in two years, though it was a run/walk as prescribed my physiotherapist (start small, like a beginner he said), I managed 1h04m51s reaching 164 bpm and burning lots of calories. I am proud of my first push out the door. That said, my challenge is to carry on with doing something every day as I use to do when I was in top shape.

Off to do some stretches and strength, then I will be carrying on with my day, hoping to fix some of the issues in it.
