What do you feel you could have done better this week?

It has been a really good month, I exercised 5 days a week and took it easier on the weekend but kept active making sure to reach at least 10,000 steps. I stayed away from fad food and ate extremely clean and it has paid off. I have some challenging weeks coming, I will plan ahead and try not to be derailed by the stress it will bring on. I have finally broke the plateau I was on for quite some time now. Yippi!!

Non-scale victory of the week!

stress and emotional eating cause by issue with dietbet officials. I have been indulging in candies and chips madly to see myself up again. However, I am not going to let this derail me completely. I am picking up myself, dusting off and moving on...

reacquainting myself with the way I use to eat; core food, paleo style. To do so I am reading on paleo diet and watching netflix shows to bring me back into that frame of believe and thinking.

I chose not to record my food but stay with clean healthy choices and move more and it paid off.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Made good choices and did not let anything influence me to a different path.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Not to track and stay with good choices. I made 3 recipes for my lunches this week. In total I have 9 meals and will be adding vegetable sautéed with it to complete my lunches and dinners this week. I will be cycling at least 4 times this week and will do yoga.

BAD week, I let the fatigue take over me and fell into a binge of candies and chips that lasted over 4 days.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Shaking it off, back to the better habits and concentrating on clean produce intake for this week.

Can't think of anything for this week aside that I had precooked meals to stay organized beyond work and evening appointments.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Nothing, quite the contrary I did let the appointments and the stress a of the training at work deviate me from goals.

Prepping all my meals. Sticking to a high produce intake and increase my water intake. Also, get on my bike for 1/2 hour every evening.

Non-scale victory of the week!

stayed within healthy food and healthy portions without any effort. I decided to stop tracking on the weekend to give myself a break as it can be intense trying to fit everything in while getting ready for the following work week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not overthink by staying in the moment therefore thinking about it as I prepared my lunch bag and breakfast and just let it go there after and enjoying all the other moments in the day without thinking about WL, WI or anything related to my goal.

My goal was to have all my meals ready for a quick fix once I get home; it is already done, the only thing left is to calculate the calories per portion for two new recipe done yesterday

Did not track friday night till now and won't today either, but stayed with clean food and did not over eat either.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Exercise, though I did lots of movements during the renos this week, strenght workout like. I still need to get on with exercising routine. I start work on Monday and will start adding steps commuting however I will need to get out walking as well and I want to start biking on my trainer.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Tracking and eating clean was right on until last night. I indulge without over doing it however, when you want to lose it is better not to do this at all. I am still happy as I eliminated a full pound of butter brick off my body. One butter brick at a time I will reach my goal. I was also quite active doing the renovations in my condo, but still no plan workout with the exception of 3 sessions of yoga to help my sore body from all the hard work.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not let events with people derail me even a slight bit.

2 long outdoor walks, 3 sessions of yoga, continue de renovations to finish the main area before I returned to week the following week as well as all the phone calls to resolve some lingering issues.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Out for breakfast and send back.my plate as I'd asked for the hollandaise sauce on the side. Walked there in receivers cold. Stayed within my allowed calories and all tracked.

Move more but since I can't seem to sleep much I am tiring quickly.
