What do you feel you could have done better this week?
It has been a really good month, I exercised 5 days a week and took it easier on the weekend but kept active making sure to reach at least 10,000 steps. I stayed away from fad food and ate extremely clean and it has paid off. I have some challenging weeks coming, I will plan ahead and try not to be derailed by the stress it will bring on. I have finally broke the plateau I was on for quite some time now. Yippi!!
