Hey everybody!  Here's what I have planned for the next two weeks.  I've been stepping it up a little each week and with the addition of Insanity next week, I think I have a good plan that'll burn plenty of calories.  Speaking of calories, I'll be posting my menu plans soon!  What's your plan?
