Ugh, I did great last week.  Now this week starts with a virus sore throat, coughing, snot ewwwww.  It always just kills my motivation.  Doctor says fluids and rest.  I need to work out.  The only bonus is I'm not very hungry so that helps.  I rested last night and I sit all day at work, but I miss my morning workout already I'm feeling sluggish.  I am going to try a yoga video tonight and am hoping to feel a little better by after work tonight. I am trying to keep my head up and blast thru this downfall.
