Wow just went to the knee surgeon and thought I had a meniscus tear no I need a total knee replacement. But my BMI needs to be 40 or less and right now it's 46+9.1 pounds since I started this so I think I'll keep doing the DietBet thing is really helping me keep on track . Thank you all for your post it's helping me so much. The more weight I get off the better my knee will feel

Sign in to CommentI have sever arthritis and bone spurs and I tore my meniscus 2 years ago doc wants to do a knee replacement, to be honest I am scared to death so this summer I worked hard on getting some weight off and strengthening my upper quads which support the knee I got to tell you I am so much better now I cannot run but I can walk better and I cycle cycling is the best thing you can do for your knees.. Good luck hope all goes well
That was supposed to be the more weight I get off the better my knee will feel
