I have sever arthritis and bone spurs and I tore my meniscus 2 years ago doc wants to do a knee replacement, to be honest I am scared to death so this summer I worked hard on getting some weight off and strengthening my upper quads which support the knee I got to tell you I am so much better now I cannot run but I can walk better and I cycle cycling is the best thing you can do for your knees..
