Hi all

2 years ago, I lost 40 lbs and was working out and fit and feeling good. Since then, I have gained it all bac, plus 30 more. I lost my willpower, my fire....I need it back and I am going to use DietBet to get it. FOR REAL THIS TIME. I am so sick of this cycle I am stuck in. 

Next year marks my 20th reunion from high school and dangit, I have to get in shape.

I know I can do it. 

Goals:

No eating after dinner besides an apple or acceptable snack.

No dairy, I have found that I have greater success and clear skin if I stay clear of all dairy.

Work out at least 5 days a week. 

Post to diet bet after every meal and workout.

No giving in to stress eating. Lots of things happening lately and they never seem to stop, so I CANNOT let that be an excuse to "treat myself". The only treat that is truly satisfying is fitting into my old jeans.

I think that is enough for now.
