I need to start getting my butt up in the morning and to the gym. Working out in the early morning every day is when I've consistently seen the most results, but I am letting other stresses in life get me down and I need to stop it! TGIF, so hoping to regroup and pull it together. I've lost 1.4 lbs so far, according to my initial weigh in, but I think I can do this!
