Day Niiiine… You came so sudden! Went on my lunch time walk and remembered to bring my weights along! Wouldn’t you know it, the moment I started walking... My Ipod died!! Not cool! I kept telling myself “only two laps shall be fine today” but of course I shut out the voices in my head, went that extra lap and before I knew it – I was done! :) Also, added my 12 modified push-ups, 32 curl ups and 32 sec. plank! I have school tonight (classes until 10pm) so no gym time for me. :(

On a personal note, it seems that if I speak to someone about me starting to exercise it comes to a shock to them or sadly, a joke. I could go into a giant rant and long stories – even one that made me secretly tear up, but to keep things positive I’m going to keep that in the gutters and just make it known: It might seem like a funny joke now, but who’s going to have the last laugh in a month when I'm still going strong or in a few months from now when I reach my personal goal!

Why is it that in the end we get all the well wishes and praises for a job well done? Why not in the beginning or during?!
