Hmm... so the best time to weigh yourself is in the morning? Okay, so I did that today - and apparently I've lost about 3 pounds! I'll take it. 

Also, did I mention I made this AWESOME tomato soup last night. I will be making it until the day I die, it's so good. I will never accept another tomato soup recipe. 

In other less exciting news, I have a cold. There's a lot of coughing going on. So much coughing. So I've been out of comission for working out for much of this week, and I've opted to rest instead. That said, I've been maintaining my healthy-ish diet and trying to walk as much as possible during my AM/PM commutes.
