Not a brilliant week but got better as the week got on.
On holiday last week so put on a bit after.

Back at work this week (I work from home) and kids are still on holiday so didn't get into any routine apart from snaffling whatever I could find in the kitchen. Occasional walk with the added incentive of Pokemon Go (I play for my kids - honest!)

Added fun with a head cold thrown into the mix.

Started feeling a bit better today and even managed P90 sculpt C at lunch time. Well most off it. My balance is still off at time and I hate press ups. but getting there.

The holiday weight gain has gone so I can start on this thing properly.

Looks flyable this weekend so got a hill or two to walk up and fly (paragliders) and might even get a tandem flight or two in.
