After yesterday, when I ate 3 cookies for breakfast and, inexplicably (i blame halloween treats in house) cake at lunch (all wheat fre, but not good for my Ketogenic LCHF food plan)

Today I am going to stick to my keto plan.

Breakfast, 2 eggs with butter

Lunch, chicken with salad

dinner prawns with veg

BOOM.

 

watching everyone else inch towards success while I loll at the back eating wheat free cake is very motivational!

now I have 8lb to lose in 20 days, and also I have doubled down on the bet and joined a $100 kickstarter, so there is more on the line.

I cant decide whether skipping breakfast (ala fasting and intermittent fasting) works for me or makes me more hungry. it also makes me think 'Im a saint and I can now have a treat'
