I have been heavy for quite some time now and know that it has to get better.  I do awesome for a week or so then seem to give up.  This is tough.  As a mom with 2 young childern ( year old and 6 year old who brings every cold home from school) I seem to be more wore out and don't feel like doing much of anything. But for the sake of myself and my childern as well as the main man who loves me very much and wants me to be around for a long time I need to make some serious changes and get more active.  Well I have been doing dietbets and have gained. Now with that I still have a long ways to go and I also want to help others succeed with becoming more active.  I have tried a couple of time to host but no one wants to join on where the host is a no body. but have decided to try again.  we shall see Would love to help others with motivation cause I know how much it has helped me. But regardless if I can make it as a host I am losing weight for me and winning at getting healthier
