Well I am in week two. I feel really good. I surprised myself. I am stronger than I thought. I have will power. My family is not standing in my way, and I am learning or what I know makes sense. PORTION CONTROL is huge for me. I always believed that there was no way that one serving of anything would be sufficient, I was wrong. I was so full. What a difference you feel when you put the "Good Stuff" into your body. You must schedule time for exercise. BIG, BIG, Issue. When I scheduled time for exercise, I still had time for everything else. Look at all the excuses that we make everyday. Those excuses stop us in our tracks, prevents us from our goals, our purpose and our destiny.
