I am so tired of starting over in my weight loss journey. Losing the weight, gaining the weight back ugh it is a living nightmare. I stress myself out! I am ready to make some real commitments and stick to them.

I really do not eat bad at all, I don't eat fast food, I don't drink soda or sugary drinks (maybe a sprite on occassion) but I just do not exercise either. I think about it and it looks really great and I can see myself getting healthier but not doing anything about it does nothing for me.

I have decide to utilize this blog space and record how I am feeling and whats going good and bad at least 3 times a week. I did not reach my goad in my first DietBet (Beat the Holiday Buldge w/ EricaFitLove) that just ended but have joined another one (Fatgirlfedup's Holiday DietBet). I am not quitting this time!

Here are my goals:

1. I AM NOT GIVING UP!

2. Pray for strength everyday

3. Take each day as it comes- one exercise, one step at a time.

4. Drink at least 80oz of water a day, everyday!

5. Walk on my treadmill everyday shooting for a consistant 8000 steps a day.

6. Think positive and talk positive to myself.

7. Journal on this blog on less than 3 times a week.

8. I AM NOT GIVING UP!

 

Mark this day Tuesday November 22, 2014- I weigh 255lbs as of yesterday's weigh in. My goal is the weigh 200lbs by May 22, 2017!
