Day one and two have been going pretty well for me.  I've been exercising plenty, and my eating has been pretty good.  I'm not sure yet if I'm going to start counting calories, or just eating mostly nutritious.  I do need to work on cutting out processed foods..

 

Day Two:    Thirty min step video, 40 minutes on treadmill with incline.

 

Breakfast:

Crystal Light Energy (bad, I know)

Zone Bar

 

Snack:

Healthy apple pie smoothie

 

Lunch:

4 oz taco flavored rotissierre w/ salsa

Dinner:

Pizza on 100 pita bread (topped with tomato sauce, teeny bit of cheese, two pepperoni and seasonings.
