I decided to keep in good habit and start my year off right by going to the gym. For being a holiday I was surprised at the amount of people there, but it was fun. Everyone there has a goal, and a love of fitness, and self-improvement, and once you're in your zone nothing can stop you, even your own laziness. 

So, yea, I think I did good. They say it takes 21 days to form a habit. Well I really got into this about a month ago, and it survived going to work, Christmas, New Years, and my (generally awful but greatly improved) cooking lol. The few pounds I did loose in those first weeks stayed off - thank God - but the real accomplishment is that I stuck with it. Hopefully things only get better from here and I start seeing some major results, but at least the hard part is over, I started and I'm not going to stop ;) Cheers to that!
