Breakfast was 4 mozzerella balls in oil, and 8 yellow grape tomatoes.

Then a can of tuna, with a gererous spoonful of mayo w olive oil and relish.

Lunch will be a grilled chicken burger with cheddar cheese and a small side salad, honey mustard dressing.

Sweet treat of Low Carb cheesecake, and a square of Girhadelle sea salt dark chocolate.

Dinner is exciting!  Chicken tenders marinaded in buttermilk, rolled in parm cheese and various herbs and butter fried zuchhini.
