Before a client starts with one of our challenges, we take time to find out more about them. 

Where are they on this quest for wellness? 

What have they triend in the past? 

Why are they motivated to make changes? 

Some of the answers we hear are: for my health, so I can see my kids/grandkids grow up, to get off medication, or just so I can feel good in my own skin.  These answers are their "why"; their motivation to make changes in their current lifestyle. 

Is it time you asked yourself this question? Be honest. Get real with yourself. Are you giving food, lack of motivation, or complacency mastery over your life? Get up! Move from that place...let no-thing (nothing) master you!
