My son is getting married in October and I want to look good for the occasion.  I did this bet the first time in May and I made the goal.  Second round I wasn't successful.  Now I'm starting my third round heavier than I was in May...well, this stops now. 

Writing down everything I eat BEFORE I eat it.  Starting off with SouthBeach since I need a good jump start and the weight falls off in the first week.  I'll stick with SouthBeach for a week then will count calories since I don't want to give up foods (like wine!!)

I'm determined, have the right mindset and the tools to be successful!
