So this is going to be a quick blog post. I'm losing weight & eating less simply because Veggies & whole grains & organic meats fill me up more quickly than junk food. Eating like this also has a consequence that I didn't anticipate: having to go #2 allll the time! (sorry, I should've put a "this is gross" disclaimer up). I admit I ate a little too much oatmeal this morning & I was in the bathroom at work for the greater half of the morning just "being cleansed" & I realized something. I can't bring overeating into this new lifestyle. Simple lesson that nature is teaching me, but effective!

my eating for Sunday:

2 packs of oatmeal: 260 calories

lunch: 2 pieces of whole grain bread toasted w/ olive oil & parmesan: 300

veggie/tukey spaghetti w/ veggie pasta: 600

a few animal crackers: 45

oatmeal cookies: 200

total calories: 1400

today (Mondays' eating plan)

b-fast: 2 packs of oatmeal: 260 calories

lunch 3 packs of oatmeal: 400

dinner: veggie spaghetti w/ turkey & veggie pasta: 600

cookies: 200

total calories: 1460

My goal is to not "undereat" & I think I'm doing pretty good with that :-)
