Lost 2.6 lbs.  I really needed to get going -- long overdue.

Now the real work begins.  Like many, I'm sure, after the initial weight loss, it gets tougher.  It will take continuing effort to make the scale budge and stay steadily at it; I usually lose weight quite slowly.  I'm certainly glad Jenn has challenged us to eat our veggies this week
