New perspective: health and fitness is not how your body looks, but how it feels.

This time around I'm trying to lose weight and stick to a budget.  I'm only shopping for myself, so $100 for food for April is the plan.  This will definitely limit my eating out, which will help with weightloss.

Tomorrow is the last day of my semester with 1 exam on the 12th.  Then I'm a bridesmaid in a wedding May 13.  My dress fits, but it is snug.  A little more room would be nice.

I'd also like to  become more flexible, especially in my back.
