Some progress from yesterday, which is a surprise given how much I snacked!!  One of my triggers is frustration/nervousness.  I was on the phone with technical support for 6 hours yesterday.  'nuff said. 

It's the weekend!!   I typically eat more on the weekend, but am also more active (at times).  Let's see what choices I am faced with and how I respond.  I bet I can talk the little one into a long bike ride.  :)

Afternoon nap.  Watching all that tennis wore me out.

WHATABURGER!!!  Whataburger Jr; no fries or drink.  330 calories vs. 940. :)
