Something that keeps me on track?
The workday.
I'm a M-F 9-5er (ish) and like pretty much everyone with this schedule the weekends are a killer. But I've found a way to combat it. I started working weekends.
Nothing intense. I work for a road race timing company as a side hustle. Bonuses: gets me up early, encourages me to eat breakfast, earns me money and being around all the runners motivates me to work out when I get home.
Typically it has me working 6-9:30am and even though it's only a few hours it gets me into a strucured workday mindset.
Not for everyone but its really helped me.
