So here I go! Another Day 1 of a diet. I've been on medifast for a few months and have really struggled to stay on plan. It's so frustrating because I started it as a last resort. I've tried so many things before to try to help me lose weight and said I would never do a meal replacement diet. Well, I decided to try it. I found success at the very beginning but once I went off plan, I've really struggled to stay on. So here I go again, attempting a new start. Hopefully this time I can keep myself accountable and stay on track!
