I'm about to exercise, mainly because it is raining and I could not walk on the beach this morning. I exercise ostly to get blood flowing and increase insulin sensitivity. I dont really do weight workouts much because a) I get really sore and need days off and b) I have unpredictable reactions to the workouts; I will sometimes be exhausted and other times I will get keytones. I prevent the keytones with casein protein afterwards. I think I need to read Tim Ferriss' take on building muscle. I think maybe I should start on beginner strength since I'm so afraid of injury and stuff. I think I need to read up about what to do, cuz winging exercise I do the same stuff all the time. Maybe I'll follow a series, like summer shred, or I'll do zuzka's workout weekly schedule. I think beginner strength and cardio might be the way to go. Diet is most important, so I try not to feel conflicted about exercise. As long as I get my blood flowing I am happy.
