• I have been participating in Dietbet games for a bit more than a year and have lost nearly 100 lbs if I include the weight I lost in the month prior to playing DB.  
  • phase 1-  The first 6 months was in the obese BMI category and I lost weight steadily by strictly following WeightWatchers point system, walking and manual yard work, and chain Kickstarter games.
  • phase 2- the next 6 months was in the overweight BMI category and I stayed on track by being in a Transformer through the holiday and winter season.  I had my indulgences, but I still made progress by eating reasonably and increasing my workout to include some running.
  • phase 3- I am now 1 Kickstarter victory from a normal BMI, 100 LBS lost, and am now running 5k with respectable times 
  • I love Dietbet and will hope for phase 4 to be a long successful Maintainer
