In last week of March 2016, I weighed 275 lbs which are highly obese on the BMI chart and sugar was found in my lab sample.  I knew I was fat.  Now I was shaken by the realization that it was affecting my health. I joined Weight Watchers and counted points which led to good eating habits.  A few weeks later a WW coach invited me to join her DietBet game she was hosting. 

Here we are a little over a year has passed and WW habits have been the core of my success.  DietBet has been the motivation and friendly social yet competitive environment which has led to tremendous weight loss.  

This afternoon my scale read 175 and that is 100 lbs lost my friends from that scary weigh in and bad lab result.  More importantly, my lab results and stamina have been good and improving for a year now. I'm even running 5ks and people who have not seen me in months or the past year do not recognize me.    

I will probably donate 100 lbs of food to the foodbank we are collecting for at work and find something fun to do with my wife as dating opportunity.  

I will stay involved in some form of DietBet games and not let myself get unhealthy again.
