Well..I am 53 and feel the same. I weigh 250 and I'm started today, well to be honest I started dieting when I hit 150 for the first time and have been gaining since...lol. I remember when I saw 150 on the scale it shocks me, then I was comfortable with it...it that is how I handled every 10 lb milestone...then last month I went to the doctors and saw 250!!! I missed a few weigh ins...the last time I weighed myself I was 220..and that was upsetting but I got over it...but the big 250..hit me like a wrecking ball. So here I am..
