I am down 2.5%+ I am retaining a bit of water currently from the heat but I will shed that all pretty soon.

sorry correction, 40% of goal for this first round.. I only need to lose ~8.5lbs across the month so its only around 3.5lbs. Still a long ways to go to reach my ultimate goal of 200lbs by Nov...
