So here I am, I week later and so far so good. I've starting walking on my breaks at work, doing a little more of an effort to work out every other day, watching my food intake and logging in my calories. There were days where I thought "Oh no, I may have messed up" but when I logged in the calories, it just let me know where I was for the rest of the day so I tried to slow down by drinking more water and not eating after 8 pm.
It's funny though. Once you try to lose weight, it seems like everyone wants to talk about food, or want to eat out. Especially my husband. He kept taking me out after work to pick up dinner so I had to be very picky and not allow that to mess up my calorie intake. I'm just hoping that I don't lose to fast and become stagnant at the end.
Next week, my goal is to work out more. I did more than I have done in a while, but I'm not satisfied. I need to work out at least 5 times a week for at least 30 minutes, if not more. Wish me good luck!
