Good for you, Kimberly! I'm so happy you're finding what works for you, and what doesn't. I've had to do the same during my journey. Meal-prepping works for many people, but since I'm cooking for 5 people every night (and the three little ones are incredibly picky!), I just can't make that work.Like you, I just focus on as many healthy foods as possible. As many veggies as I can sneak in there :-) You don't have to follow a specific diet to have success. You do what works for YOU and your life.Let's do this!! :-D
