This is hard. Its a daily struggle. I am in a walking fitnss class and I am struggling to walk a mile a day for that. i know i can do this. i know i can drop to 193 by end of the month. i have to prove to myself i can do this. thats who this is for. i want to prove it to myself.

I'm right with you on weight... And I hate exercising too! I also love to eat... Sometimes I think it's a lost cause but I have to keep telling myself I really want to do this, it's my body that's fighting me. Sometime it works, sometimes it doesn't. 50/50 shot is better than nothing I think. Just sayin'.
