Sounds like a sodium thing...That's when I see screwy weights like that. Congrats on your loss!

I know this is from a couple months ago, but I thought I would comment anyway.I agree that it's water weight due to sodium. Whenever I have sushi with soy sauce, I'm up at least 3-4 pounds for the 2-3 days afterwards, and I feel super bloated. Once those 2-3 days passes, the weight falls right back off and I'm back to my weight from before I had the sushi, or less if I've been exercising and making good food choices since.
