
My Story:
I am a 38 y/o male - married with 3 kids (boys, 8,6,6) - April 2015 I was 243 pounds. I was able to lose 50 pounds on my own (down to 193), but gained some weight back (currently 214.6 at the start of this Transformer challenge). I love Orangetheory Fitness, and not too long ago, I tried CrossFit (but it didn't work out). I've been hovering around 210 for a bit, but this hurricane was an excuse to bloat up for me.
Anyhow, to make a long story short, I am going to be going on a cruise in March, and the 10% transformer is the perfect motivation to get me into what I like to call 'Cruiserweight' ;) Here's how I plan to do it...
The Process:
* Exercise 5 days per week via Orangetheory Fitness / running / garage gym
* 10,000 steps per day
* 100 oz of water per day
* Aim for at least 120g of protein per day
* Keep my calories between 1600 - 1800 on non-exercise days, and 1700-2100 on workout days
* Take multivitamins and supplements daily
* Daily blog here recapping my day
