Here's a little high five for myself for my three tiny wins today.

But first, a not so good thing:

I went out to eat for lunch :/  (I'm really trying not to eat out)

But the good things:

1.) I REALLY wanted an almond croissant after lunch and managed to walk out of the cafe without getting one

2.) I ate fruit for breakfast and dinner

3.) I managed to work out in the middle of an insanely busy week (and I literally haven't worked out in MONTHS)
