We always eat a ton before we start a diet. We always eat a ton from Halloween through New Years. Then, guess what? We weigh a ton on New Years and feel discouraged that we are back to where we were the year before and are only slightly motivated to keep up with your routine. 

Let's kick our habits to the curb and show the holidays that we can build successful habits NOW that will take us through the new year sronger and slimmer than before.
