Hey Community,
I found dietbet not a long time ago. A friend who was overweight showed it to me because he knew I was trying to get in shape but my motivation was down because of all the hard exams which were coming up.
Till now it was a beautiful experience and I have lost some weight but still not enough. Everyday I read comments in the groups to get motivated and push myself to go to the gym, eat healthy or what so ever. Even if its just to see that other people are struggeling with the same problems I am dealing with.
Every year I promise myself to push myself even harder or tell myself "Yeah wait till the New Year and than start changing" which is so WRONG!
If you want to change something in your life CHANGE IT NOW. Dont let "stupid" events control your decisions or acts. If you want to change your job do it now. If you want to start writting a book do it now. If you want to start eating healthy and get in shape START NOW!
I just started my very first Game " Bijans New Years Resolution" so I can motivate and encourage you guys changing your eating lifestyle and start workin out regulary and while doing that I get motivated myself.
