I made my New Years resolution 1/1/2017 to take control...I have stayed on low carbs and have lost over 50 lbs. no bread, crackers, rice or potatoes. Sometimes my carbs got high with an extra apple or almonds, but basically proud of my accomplishments for 62 yr old gal.

 

I need to get the last 50 lbs off, so I joined my first chLlenge for Jan 2018.  I’m so encouraged by reading others comments. Let’s support and take this road together.

 

my weKness is lack of exercise. At over 300 lbs, I simply didn’t have the energy. But now I know I must get up and move.  ThT’s where I need encouragement and self discipline.
