I'm trying to get back into the habit of intermittent fasting as I was pretty successful with it over the summer and had lost a little bit of weight.  During that time I also kicked my daily coffee addiction.

Now, when I say "coffee" I actually mean some coffee with about a gallon of Coffee-Mate Vanilla Coffee Creamer.

Unfortunately, the over the past couple of months I have picked up the coffee (creamer) addiction again.  A couple of days ago when I ran out of creamer, I intentionally left it off of my grocery list and didn't buy any.

Right now I am fantasizing about picking up coffee creamer from the grocerty store or even worse--getting a vanilla latte from McDonald's!

Be strong!

By the way, I should add that the reason I don't want to drink coffee is because the drink I prefer is high enough in calories to bring my body out of a fasting state, which will cause me to get hungry before I am ready to break my fast.

I prefer to fast for 16 hours (7pm-11am the next day) and then eat 2 medium size meals-- 1 meal at 11:00am and then another meal at 5:00pm. This helps me stay within my calorie range while actually feeling full after I eat a meal.
