I wanted coffee again, but I did not give in!

I ate a huge meal at my parents' house last night to celebrate the new year.  Oven baked turkey, mashed potatoes with gravy, corn, stuffing, appple pie and orange soda.  Fasting and then feasting is my favorite style of dieting, however, I'd eaten Olive Garden for lunch after a 16 hour fast earlier that day.  So....I had a very high calorie lunch and dinner.  

From 7:00pm last night until 11:30am this morning, I fasted until I broke my fast with homemade turkey sandwich, a Fiberone bar, and some chips. Honey chipotle chicken tacos are planned for dinner.  Shouldn't be too bad with calorie calculations as long as I don't have any snacks inbetween.
