Welcome new friends,
Over 15 ago I went through a transition of health and fitness and experienced the healthiest me. I lost over 100 lbs and had great success with P90X and got to my lowest weight ever 123 lbs. Over the last 10 years, after a divorce, working, maintaining a home as single mom, I now am at a place that I don't feel as healthy and back up to 167.50 lbs. I have done well with maintaining clean eating but physically I am not as fit and slowly over time I have picked up weight and with turning 50 in 2017 my body is not what it once was.
My goal is to get back to the physically fit me, not a buff, but just more energy, more toned and less sluggish. The main issue for me is putting me time on the back burner and being so wore out from working hard and taking care of everything but me. With this new start with Jamie, I want to end 2018 at my goal weight 138 lbs and be more tone and start putting my goals first again.
I am excited for this journey and hope to be able share the journey through this exodus of struggle.
